Mike and Zara Tindall cuddled up for a lovely picture taken at the ex-rugby star’s celebrity golf day. The royal couple posed for a snap at the Belfry resort near Sutton Coldfield as Mike, 44, hosted the 10th annual charity event in aid of Cure Parkinson's and the Matt Hampson Foundation, which provides support for people suffering from serious injury or disability.

Celebrities such as Denise Van Outen, Ronan Keating and James Nesbitt took part in the golf day, but it was clear that Mike’s MVP was wife Zara, 41.The loved-up picture of the pair was posted to Instagram by the Tindall Golf account with a caption that quipped: “The amount of begging Mike had to do for Zara to have a photo with him was off the charts.” The couple wore matching ‘Mike Tindall Celebrity Golf’ black tops and caps – while Mike opted to go for a loud pair of shorts.

One fan commented under the picture: “Wearing those shorts he’s lucky she’s even there!! He’s totally punching.” Another joked: “Shorts are a crime against the eyes.” Earlier in the day, Mike spilled the beans on his boozy ‘date night’ with Zara on the eve of King Charles’ Coronation. The couple enjoyed a lavish night out in central London with other members of the Royal Family last Friday night - the evening before the historic ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

Mike and Zara - who is Princess Anne’s daughter - went out for dinner with the Princess Royal and her husband Timothy Lawrence - as well as Prince Andrew and his daughters Beatrice and Eugenie - at a private club in Mayfair.
