Meghan Markle wins defamation lawsuit against half-sister Samantha
msn.comMeghan Markle has successfully had her half-sister Samantha Markle's court case dismissed. She had accused the royal of spreading "malicious lies" during the bombshell Oprah Winfrey interview in 2021.
But a Florida judge has thrown out the lawsuit saying that Markle's statements were pure opinion and "not capable of being proved false".
