Meghan Markle has had an unsteady relationship with fans of the royal family over the past several years, but according to one royal expert, the Duchess of Sussex might have won some people over throughout the week.
Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the royal family — including Markle and husband Prince Harry — were reunited all week long to pay respects to the late monarch.
Queen Elizabeth II died at Balmoral Castle in Scotland on Sept. 8. The queen's state funeral was held on Monday. According to royal expert Duncan Larcombe, this is the "first time" since Megxit that "Meghan has won a few more fans in the U.K." Harry and Markle moved to California after they stepped down as senior royals in 2020.
