Meghan Markle could use Prince Harry's police protection row as a "good excuse" to not return to the UK, an expert has said.The Duke of Sussex issued a "pre-protocol" letter to the Home Office suggesting his lawyers will seek judicial review if continued police security isn’t provided by the UK when he and his family are in the country and his lawyers made it clear he is happy to pay for it.
