Celtic have officially confirmed the signing of midfielder Matt O'Riley as their fifth capture of the January window. Manager Ange Postecoglou is continuing his Parkhead rebuild and moved quickly to get deals tied up in the winter window.
Japanese trio Yosuke Ideguchi, Reo Hatate and Daizen Maeda were snapped up right away, with Johnny Kenny joining from Sligo Rovers.
Postecoglou was also looking for an attacking midfielder with David Turnbull's injury putting extra burden on Tom Rogic. A move for compatriot Riley McGree fell through at the last minute when Middlesbrough offered more money, and Celtic turned to O'Riley.
