Matin Compston didn't hold back when an online troll questioned his Scottish citizenship after the star appealed for people to vote for the SNP.

Line of Duty star Martin had encouraged Scottish voters to take to the polls and said Scotland's future was in their hands. He added: "The only way to make sure we re-elect Nicola Sturgeon as First Minister is to make it #BothVotesSNP.
