Mark Ogren reiterates Dundee United commitment amid fan fury as he confirms Liam Fox and Tony Asghar going nowhere

Dundee United chairman Mark Ogren says he understands the frustrations of supporters as they fear heading into the Scottish Championship - although he has 'no plans' to make any immediate changes.The Tangerines qualified for the Europa Conference League qualifiers after a top six finish in the Scottish Premiership last season under Tam Courts, but replacement Jack Ross was sacked just a few months into the season after thrashings like a 9-0 loss to Celtic.

Liam Fox has done little to alleviate fears with the club bottom of the league and fans have had banners demanding sporting director Tony Asghar's departure.Ogren has faced backlash from fans too amid the faults this season, but in an interview with club media, he insisted nobody is going anywhere for the time being despite not being happy about where they're at, stating that 'he hopes for the best' for the current season.

The American said: "This trip over has been a little more difficult - every time I come over I don't expect it to be a love fest, and this one hasn't been!"Most of our fans and supporters are very supportive of what we have going on.

Obviously there is some concern, and we have had a fairly large group of fans that have offered constructive criticism of what is happening at the club. "By all means I not mind hearing it, but by and large it's been good, positive interaction with the fans.
