Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival at Manchester United could convince Paul Pogba to sign a new contract with the club, according to club great Teddy Sheringham.
Pogba has started the season in brilliant form, registering seven assists in the opening four Premier League games of the season to help United go top of the table.
But the French midfielder has entered the final 10 months of his contract at Old Trafford and, if a renewal isn't agreed, will be free to negotiate with foreign clubs from January.
Many around United have expressed a desire for Pogba to stay, and it's hoped the summer's raft of new arrivals, and United's renewed trophy hope, could keep him at the club.
