Former Leicester City captain Wes Morgan believes Brendan Rodgers will stay at the club, despite being linked with Manchester United.

Rodgers has seen his name regularly touted as a possible option for United following Ole Gunnar’s Solskjaer’s sacking, with the club looking to appoint a permanent successor at the end of the season.

Ralf Rangnick will act as interim boss until then, before moving into a consultancy role on a two-year deal as he works alongside the new manager.

Mauricio Pochettino is still seen as the favourite to take over at the conclusion of the campaign, although Rodgers remains among some of the frontrunners for the job.
