Ralf Rangnick wants to turn his Manchester United players into "pressing monsters", but accepts that he might not be able to achieve that in his six-month spell as interim manager.
The German coach took his first training session at Carrington on Friday and he wants to put his gegrenpressing style into United's star-studded squad.
But that process will take time and Rangnick knows it will be difficult to achieve when the schedule is as crowded as it is right now, with the risk of injury increased if he overworks the players.
Rangnick's philosophy will lead to some changes, however, and he pointed to Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool as a potential template.
