Two Manchester United legends appear to be able to see the positives in Sheikh Jassim's takeover of the Old Trafford outfit amid reports the Qatari could offer jobs at the club to former players.
Reports in recent days have claimed that Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani is set to be named as current owner the Glazer Family's preferred candidate to purchase the club, although alternative reports last night said that Sir Jim Ratcliffe's INEOS group is in the driving seat.
It follows reports by ESPN that some of United's biggest icons from the Sir Alex Ferguson era could be given the chance to take up senior roles within the club if the Qatari takeover is successful. READ MORE: Manchester United interested in Anderlecht goalkeeper Former players Gary Neville and Paul Scholes have both publicly spoken about the bid previously - indicating they can see the positives in the Qatari's bid.
Speaking in April, Neville indicated there is "no perfect answer" when it comes to United's next owner, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe also still in the frame to purchase the club.
