That is according to BILD who claim Dortmund have turned down United's first bid for the 21-year-old winger, reporting that the German side will only agree to sanction an exit for Sancho this summer for a bid in the region of £77m with added bonuses.
The Reds agreed personal terms with Sancho last year but failed to submit an appropriate bid to Dortmund which caused the deal to collapse, although if the fresh details from BILD are true, they could be viewed as United making progress to sign Sancho.
