Late on Monday night Greater Manchester Police posted on social media that the "manner" of the motorist's driving had raised their suspicion, so pulled the car over to investigate.
The officers required the driver to provide a sample of breath and upon discovering he had 96 micrograms of alcohol for every 100 millilitres of breath, arrested him and placed him in custody.
