But a leap in take-up last year made clear that any worries over companies’ desire to have the best physical workspace possible can be laid to rest.

To take a closer look at this in action, in a post-pandemic working world, real estate publication EG is set to host an in-person event in Manchester on June 8, 2022, for businesses to attend.

And in advance of the event, here, we hear directly from some of the businesses with a work base in the city. Streaming company Roku’s deal to take 115,066 sq ft at Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group’s 1 Circle Square was the largest office leasing across the UK’s six big regional cities.
