A man who died after being injured by a firework at a vigil for two workmates killed in a car crash has been named. Thomas Harwood suffered life-threatening injuries at the memorial event in Delph, Oldham on November 19.
Police were called to the incident on Huddersfield Road, near Delph and Dobcross Cricket Club, just before 9pm. Mr Harwood, 52, sadly died in hospital a week later.
