Man imprisoned career criminal in Scots home and left her scarred with knife

First offender William Watson, 63, supported drug addict Jade Nisbet, 32, after she was released from prison. But Ayr Sheriff Court heard she lured him into the dark world of crime - and caused him to go on the rampage after she and her friends took advantage of him.

He refused to let Miss Nisbet, who has previous convictions for assault, robbery, shoplifting and drugs offences, leave the property in Prestwick, South Ayrshire, October 12 last year.
