Man City sent summer transfer advice after signing Erling Haaland

Manchester City don't need to strengthen any other areas this summer. That's according to former goalkeeper David James, who believes City are already well-stocked across the pitch in the few positions that are up for grabs following the signing of Erling Haaland.

Earlier this month, the Blues won the race for the Norwegian sensation by confirming they had agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund to sign him.

Haaland scored a staggering 86 times in 89 games in Germany and will surely replace the goals that City lost with the departure of legend Sergio Aguero last summer.

City have paid a £51million transfer fee but agent fees are expected to take the total package closer to £86m. "How many positions are there at City?" he told the Manchester Evening News. "You've got a centre-midfielder in Rodri, you've got four defenders which two of them play as attackers.
