Man charged with murder after death in Glasgow flat following 'disturbance'

A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 43-year-old who was found with serious injuries in a Scots flat on Monday evening.Alan Robertson, 31, faces a charge of murder and another of possessing an article with a blade or point in a public place.He made no plea at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday and was remanded in custody.

He is expected to appear in court again within the next eight days.Police were called to an incident at Kennishead Avenue, Glasgow, around 10.20pm on Monday, February 12.A 43-year-old man was found with serious injuries.
