A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was stabbed to death in Tameside. Detectives launched a manhunt after the 51-year-old victim was killed in Droylsden on Friday afternoon.

The 28-year-old suspect was arrested last night and remains in custody for questioning.
