Catherine, 22, was paired with Andre Furtado, 21, in a similar twist to last year where the public chose who the Islanders initially couple up with.
Shortly after coupling up, Catherine started to feel unwell and was seen by the villa's medical team.Catherine's ill health was put down to "heat, nerves and not eating enough", while a source claimed the contestant's welfare "was the priority" as filming temporarily stopped.
