Molly, 27, showed off the results of her recent breast augmentation surgery after going under the knife for the first time last November.
Wearing a nude-coloured bra and knickers set, the star showed off her stunning figure, including her toned abs and now ample assets.
The series of snaps saw the TV star posing around her home as she sat on the floor to catch the sunlight in the glam photoshoot. "Lounging," Molly told her fans in the caption of the post, as fans went wild over the images and headed straight for the comments.
