Love Island host Laura Whitmore has featured on the current series for less than 12 minutes – despite being paid £600,000 to front the show.
Almost 1000 minutes of the hit ITV2 show has aired since it launched on 28 June, with Laura only appearing in 11 minutes and 51 seconds of the first episode so far.The lack of airtime 36 year old Laura has received since the show started means she has bagged a whopping £50,000 a minute for her work on the main show.
Four contestants – Shannon Singh, Chuggs Wallis, Rachel Finni and, most recently, Brad McClelland – have so far been dumped from the island, but Laura has not been on hand to evict them from the villa.
