Love Island star Ellie Spence revealed that she was robbed on the London tube, with the incident leaving her in tears. The 25 year old was left devastated after her camera was stolen from her bag while on the public transport.

Ellie was left particularly upset by the robbery as she had loads of footage on her camera, before it was taken. She told her followers during a Q&A on her Instagram as she revealed: “My camera got stolen out of my bag on the tube a few days ago with SO MUCH footage on it. “I cried a lot.” “I bought a new camera and have started re filming so I’ll be posting in the next few days.” During the same Q&A, Ellie also opened up on life since leaving the South African villa.

Replying to a fan about how she has been getting on since leaving the hit show, Ellie said: “I definitely feel like I have been on autopilot since stepping into the villa and I can’t seem to shake it now I’m home. “It’s a lot to come out to especially when you feel so much more could have been shown. “But we all know what we signed up for and I’m still always grateful for every opportunity that I’m given.” The Love Island final took place last night, with Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan being crowned the winners of the winter series.

The pair won £50k prize money and have now revealed the selfless ways they plan to spend it. Speaking on The Morning After podcast, the couple shared that after jetting off on holiday to the Amalfi Coast and Santorini, they want to put the remainder of the money to good use.
