Fans of ITV’s Love Island have been reacting to Lana Jenkins cosying up to her boyfriend Ron Hall’s “evil twin.” Monday night’s episode saw the infamous Casa Amor segment of the show begin, with a whole host of new lads and ladies joining the ranks of this year’s islanders. The girls were whisked away to a neighbouring South African villa in Sunday’s episode and were soon joined by Frankie Davey, 22, Kain Reed, 21, Ryan Weekley, 22, Maxwell Samuda, 23, Bayley Mummery, 25, and Martin Akinola, 27.

As the new lads got to know their potential future partners, and after Olivia Hawkins seemingly forgot the name of her partner, Kai Fagan, Kain Reed pulled Lana aside for a cheeky chat. “How’s things going in the other villa,” Kain questioned, to which makeup artist Lana responded, “Yeah, you know what, for the past maybe three days, four days, when we came to recoupling and I was back coupled up with Ron, it’s actually been quite good with him.” When Kain further questioned whether that meant Lana was off the table, she continued: “No.

I think we are going in the right direction, but someone could go in there and blow him out the water, do you know what I mean?” Kain then fired his shot and revealed that Lana is very much his type, and if anyone, that’s who he could see himself with.

While Lana wasn’t exactly jumping for joy, she said in confessional that she was keeping her options open. Fans have been reacting to the snippet online, with many suggesting that Lana will stay faithful and Ron will not. “Is that Ron’s evil twin,” one person joked, to which another replied, “I’m sure Ron is the evil one.” “Lana will give kain a chance cos she knows Ron will do the same with other girls.
