Lorraine Kelly has given fans some good advice about New Year's resolutions and the importance of taking time for yourself. Lorraine told Hello Magazine that we shouldn't worry beat ourselves up if we can't stick to our resolutions, but advised everyone to make it a goal to spend 5-10 minutes per day for 'me' time.

It's all about balance."Lorraine shared this to social media, and told fans on Twitter to 'be kind to yourself'.One fan replied: "You're a gem madam, beautiful video, beautiful words, beautiful you, means a lot to me what you said, & I believe to many people, agree with you 100%, be kind to yourself & others, fun fact: I like Hello too, thank you madam for such a inspiring video, keep shining always" "If you are trying for #DryJanuary & have fallen off the wagon dont despair, just start again
