Lorraine Kelly has broken her silence on her colleagues Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield’s so-called “feud”. Lorraine hosts her own show – appropriately titled as her moniker – before This Morning and chats to the hosting duo most days as they tease what viewers can expect from their 10am programme.

In light of the pair reuniting on our screens yesterday, some viewers described them as being “awkward", but Lorraine, 63, insists that “everyone’s just getting on with it”.

Sharing her thoughts on Phillip, 61, and Holly’s alleged fallout, she said: “Do you know what they were back today and it was business as usual and everyone is just getting on with it.” While speaking to The Sun, the TV veteran added that she thinks it’s “unlikely” that they will be given the boot.

She continued to tell the publication: “I would be sad if they left the show but I don’t think that is ever likely to happen and I think they’re just getting on with it." It comes as Holly and Phil once again resumed business as usual on Tuesday after ITV bosses reportedly had a so-called “crisis talks” about their future on This Morning. The hosting duo – who have been a staple on This Morning since 2009 – put on a friendly display with one another once again on Tuesday 16 May, despite claims of a "feud" between the pair.
