Glasgow has made it down to the final two UK cities still in the running to host The Eurovision Song Contest, alongside Liverpool.
And many Scots celebs have thrown their support behind Glasgow to hold the popular competition. Ukraine won this year's contest, but due to the current conflict the country is unable to hold the event next year and Glasgow and Liverpool were successful out of a list of cities such as Manchester, Sheffield Leeds, Newcastle and London.
The final decision on the Host City of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest will be made within weeks and is decided by the BBC in conjunction with the European Broadcasting Union.
Whilst Liverpool is a fabulous city, we reckon Glasgow just has that bit more edge, and many celebs agree.Back in 1969, Glasgow's very own Lulu won the competition with Boom Bang-a-Bang and even she reckons that Glasgow should host next year.
