Lori Harvey is getting real about the beginning of her relationship with Michael B. Jordan.
On Friday (May 13), the 25-year-old model revealed that she gained 15lbs when she first started dating the 35-year-old Creed III actor before sharing with fans the way she was able to lose the weight. I’ve done it for a few years, but I’ve been really consistent the last year.” She continued, “When I was trying to drop weight, I was working out like five, six times a week, and I would even do, for the first month and a half, I would even do two-a-days.” Lori went on to share the diet she then started to follow. “I think I was consuming maybe 1,200 calories in a day, max,” Lori explained. “And I wasn’t on like a specific eating regimen.
I was trying to do like meat and veggies and like minimal carbs.” Lori then credited Pilates and “cardio” to help her lose weight and gain muscle. “That’s how you drop,” Lori said. “Pilates alone is not going to make you lose weight.
