South Lanarkshire politicians have responded to the council leader’s call for extra funding support.Last week, council leader Joe Fagan called on local politicians to support his plea for extra funding from the Scottish Government.This follows a national appeal to the Scottish Government by all councils and political groups in them, after it was revealed that an extra £1 billion in extra funding was desperately needed, the Scottish Government only offered £38 million.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
