Livingston fired themselves up to third in the Premiership table as Cristian Montano's close range header against Kilmarnock made it back-to-back 1-0 wins. The Lions made two changes to the side that beat Hearts 1-0 a fortnight ago with James Penrice and Esmael Goncalves dropping to the bench, replaced by Dylan Bahamboula and Kurtis Guthrie. The hosts started the brighter of the two teams without really troubling Zach Hemming in the Killie goal.
