Former Liverpool and England striker Robbie Fowler has backed Manchester United's decision to turn to experienced German coach Ralf Rangnick to become their new interim manager, insisting it looks a "wise move." The 63-year-old, as reported by the Manchester Evening News on Thursday, has agreed to become United's new interim boss on a six-month deal, before moving upstairs into a consultancy position.
United's decision to turn to Rangnick has been well received by the vast majority of the supporters, with fans hopeful that the former RB Leipzig chief will bring a sense of stability and experience to Old Trafford.
