Lifetime's New Thriller 'Buried in Barstow' Is Getting A Sequel

The channel revealed that development on a second film is already underway, and has plans for more, and star Angie Harmon opened up about bringing more of Hazel King’s story to viewers. “This is actually a new experience for me,” Angie shared with press. “I kind of didn’t really understand how we were supposed to do this and then film it and then how much of the original script we’re supposed to put in this one.
So it was kind of a learning experience for me.” She added that she’s “thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m curious to see how the audience responds to it.
But then I just sort of justified it in my head as we go to the theatre or we watch movies that are two hours long, and then there’s a sequel, and then there’s a third.
