Lewis Capaldi's Edinburgh gig sold out in a matter of seconds as 30,000 fans got their hands on tickets. The singing sensation said that he was 'lost for words' as fans scrambled to ensure their place at the huge new outdoor show at The Royal Highland Showgrounds in September this year.Yesterday the pre-sale crashed as 90 per cent of tickeets were purchased during the early-bird access, and today the general sale was only live for seconds before selling out.The Pointless singer took to his Twitter to say that the tickets for the show were completely sold and he was "lost for words".
He said: "actually properly lost for words 30,000 of ya just sold this out in seconds!!!!! i am your humble king."But some fans were devastated not to get their hands on tickets. One wrote on the post: "Well done but any chance of anymore getting released?
I missed out."Another penned: " Oh I couldn't manage to get the tickets."While one said: "can he put 2 more tickets on sale pls!!!
I am a sad queen."And another wrote: "Really wanted to go."Next week, the singer will take to the stage at Glasgow's OVO Hydro.Get the latest celebrity gossip and telly news sent straight to your inbox.
