The family of a 20-year-old woman who lost her lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis have pledged to continue to raise awareness around the disease.

Kayley Keir, who was born with the genetic disease, became the youngest patient to have a heart-lung transplant at the age of 11.

Kayley, from Kirkdale, Liverpool, died shortly before her 21st birthday in December 2015.
