Large police presence as officers swarm area near park

Police recovered a stolen vehicle after swarming an area near a park in Bolton. There was a large police presence on Hall Lane in Farnworth last night (Tuesday).

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have confirmed they were responding after tracing a stolen vehicle to the area. It had earlier been taken from a premises in Heywood they said.

Officers recovered the vehicle. Investigations into the incident are ongoing they added. "Officers responded and located the stolen vehicle on Hall Lane in Bolton.
