A Lanarkshire shopping centre marked World Cancer Day with a range of activities aimed at helping locals stay healthy.Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre are embarking on a new initiative for 2023 which will see them focus on reducing various elements in shoppers’ lifestyles, from cholesterol to their carbon footprint.

For World Cancer Day last Saturday, the target was to reduce the risk of being diagnosed with cancer and to publicise the support available locally to anyone who needs it.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
