A talented Lanarkshire musician has every right to blow his own trumpet as he prepares to is bring “a slice of Ibiza to Monklands” for the second time.

As Lanarkshire Live reported last October, Matthew Ruddy presented a Sax to the Max party afternoon in Airdrie's Harty’s Function Suite.

Matthew, from Coatbridge, was hoping the exciting event would hit the right note with revellers and become a regular addition to the area’s entertainment scene.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
