An East Kilbride museum has launched an initiative to help families connect with nature this summer.The National Museum of Rural Life based at Kittochside, are launching a fantastic new scheme.Its Nature Track Packs are supported by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

"We hope our Nature Track Packs will help young visitors to learn more about the beautiful countryside around the National Museum of Rural Life.”Nature Track Packs are available to borrow on a first come, first served basis over the summer – just ask on arrival at the ticket desk, then return the pack to the desk once your Track Pack adventure is complete.You can also pick up a copy of the Bird Bingo trail to see how many birds you can spot hiding around the museum galleries.Don't miss the latest headlines from around Lanarkshire.
