Lanarkshire locals have eye on the prize after community council competition

Several locals in a Lanarkshire town have walked off with prizes after proving to be sharp-eyed. Earlier this year an eye-catching mural was installed at Cambuslang train station, which worked in nearly 30 images of buildings and places around the area.

Cambuslang Community Council (CCC), who were behind the mural, then asked residents to guess what each image represented, and now the locals who spotted the most have been rewarded with prizes from local businesses, including meals, relaxing health treatments and Scotrail tickets.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
