Lanarkshire children's home told to increase staffing levels after Care Inspectorate report

A Lanarkshire children’s home has been told to increase staffing levels following a report from the Care Inspectorate. Inspectors had an unannounced visit last month to Cambusnethan Residential Children’s House and only graded the facility as ‘adequate’ in support children and young people’s rights and wellbeing.

The rating means that inspectors found some strengths but these just outweighed the weaknesses at the North Lanarkshire Council run home.
