Lanarkshire am dram group prepare for their popular panto

A Lanarkshire am dram group are gearing up for the return of their popular panto... oh yes they are! Rutherglen Rep are to perform Little Miss Muffet at venues throughout Rutherglen and Cambuslang, with the production written by the Rep's Isabella C Rae.

The Rep have been a fixture in the area for decades, and the panto is always a big hit for families.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

On top of all of that there there are two burglars on the loose as well, setting the stage for plenty of laughs.A Rep spokesperson said: "After great success last year we are delighted to be returning to three local venues this year."The pantomime is always popular with Rep members and audiences alike and we are looking forward to the shows."The panto will be held at Rutherglen United Reform Church on Johnston Drive on Friday December 2, at 7.30pm, at Flemington Hallside Church in Cambuslang on Saturday, December 3, at 2.30pm and at Cambuslang Parish Church's Kirkhill Halls in Cambuslang on Sunday, December 4, at 2.30pm.
