The BAFTAs red carpet saw some incredible hair and make-up looks as the stars gathered to celebrate the best films, actors and filmmakers of the past year.Though we spotted several noteworthy beauty trends, it was laminated eyebrows that really stole the spotlight, with the likes of Kate Middleton, Frankie Bridge and Florence Pugh all rocking the brushed-up look.

If you haven’t heard of the treatment before, eyebrow lamination is the process of straightening your brow hairs so that they sit in an upwards direction.The service involves softening the brows with a chemical solution and then brushing them into your perfect brow shape to set.

Of course, we can’t say for sure that Kate has had the straightening treatment – Royals are very hush-hush about their beauty treatments – but we do know she’s been favouring the laminated look for recent appearances.

We aren’t alone in thinking the Princess of Wales could possibly be turning to the salon service for a youthful brow look, either.
