Kristen Stewart is responding to the reports about her new movie. Last week, the 32-year-old actress was at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival to promote her new horror movie Crimes of the Future directed by David Cronenberg.

During a press screening last week, it was reported that several people walked out of the movie during particularly graphic scenes. “Notably, the majority of walkouts took place within the first five minutes, with others exiting during a particularly grotesque scene involving Léa Seydoux and an open wound,” IGN reported at the time.

The follow day, Kristen attended a press conference for the movie where she was asked to respond to people walking out of the movie. And it never repulses me ever. The way I feel, it is through really visceral desire and that’s the only reason we’re alive. We’re pleasure sacks.” Watch the film’s trailer to learn more about the plot!
