Kieran Tierney will start against Manchester City tonight confirming the Gunners success in arguing for early release from quarantine.
The left back was initially ruled out for 14 days along with Celtic star Ryan Christie from October 6 and that meant both were expected to miss their games today against Pep Guardiola's side and Rangers respectively.
But the Gunners were able to persuade English authorities that their star was not infected after testing. Tierney has also already had the virus before.Celtic tried to ensure Christie would be available for today's 2-0 defeat to Rangers at Celtic Park but they were unable to persuade the Scottish authorities to relax their strict 14 day rules.
