From this month until September, the cereal firm is offering its office-based staff at MediaCityUK the chance to finish at noon on Fridays - provided they've completed a full week's work.

The move affects almost 380 people at Kellogg’s UK's Salford premises, while a further 50 in field sales teams can take a half-day on a weekday.
