'Keep Scotland Beautiful' Lanarkshire award winners to be celebrated at event

Community group Bonnie Blantyre will host a celebration event for all of the South Lanarkshire groups who received awards from Keep Scotland Beautiful in 2022.Scotland's environment charity recognised and celebrated the gardening/horticultural, environmental and community achievments of 16 South Lanarkshire communities through their prestigious It’s Your Neighbourhood and Beautiful Scotland initiatives toward the end of last year.Now, on Friday, January 27, Bonnie Blantyre and pals who took part in the Beautiful Scotland initiative will enjoy a special celebration of their success with Barry Fisher, CEO of Keep Scotland Beautiful, and Juliette Camburn, lead for the two initiatives in attendance on the day along with charity trustee Dr Susan Lindner-Kelly and two of Keep Scotland Beautiful’s volunteer judges.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
