The 42-year-old actress partnered with the digital reading platform Epic for their My Winter City event on Tuesday (December 7) in New York City. Click inside to read more… She wore a striped sweater and white pants, pairing the look with black mules. Katie sat down to read some of her favorite festive books and do holiday arts and crafts with a group of New York children, some of whom were a part of the after-school reading and martial artists program Hit The Books.

Her latest project is the film adaptation of Kathleen Turner‘s Rare Objects, which tells the story of a young woman who seeks to rebuild her life while working at an antique store.
