Katie Holmes just did it again. And by it I mean…inspire me with yet another life-changing outfit. On Saturday, February 25, was spotted in New York City (as always, does she ever leave?) in a sensible, cozy errands outfit that I am going to copy.

Holmes paired black sweatpants and a white sweater with a long, vegan sherpa coat by For footwear, she opted for a pair of platform sneakers that add some subtle color to the neutral ensemble.

Holmes styled her hair in a messy low ponytail and finished the look with a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses and a pink face mask.

All of this seems pretty standard: what's so revolutionary about wearing a coat and sweatpants? It's all about the accessories.
