The Good Morning Britain host ‘spent thousands’ adapting her home so it would be suitable for Derek when he moved back in after his lengthy battle with COVID.
As a result of his illness, Derek’s needs are now different and requires a hospital bed at home, as the virus has damaged his muscles, as well as a downstairs bedroom.
The former lobbyist returned home from hospital at long last and now Kate has been showing the full extent of the renovations.
