Kim Kardashian originally began divorce proceedings in February and now Kanye has filed his response in Los Angeles superior court.
Thankfully, it looks like this will be an amicable divorce. Kanye’s filing was virtually identical to Kim’s original petition, agreeing that the marriage should end over irreconcilable differences, per the Associated Press.
The couple also agrees that they should share custody of their four children, North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, who turns two in May.
